A beautiful, villa in two levels, situated on a hill above Sanremo and Ospedaletti. It has a 180 degree view of the Mediterranean Sea and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There is a panoramic view of the old village of Coldirodi, which is conveniently located only a few minutes from the autostrada exit and a few minutes from central Sanremo.

Nice Airport

The distance to the airport is about 50 km, (only) a 45-50 minute ride by car. There are also train connections between Nice and Sanremo.

Apartment

The sunny and nicely decorated 70 m² apartment, located on the lower level, has three large windows and direct access to the 56 m² big terrace. It is furnished with a big table, 2 wooden benches, chairs, parasol , lounge chairs and a barbecue grill. Beyond the terrace there are olive and fig trees.

There is a “great room”, which consists of a 15 m²  kitchen/dining area and a 30 m² living room area. There are two bedrooms, one 16 m²,the other 5 m², and a 5 m² bathroom.

Kitchen/dining area

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and an Electrolux refrigerator/freezer. There is a separate laundry room with an Electrolux washing machine. The dining table can seat 6 people.

Living area

There is a bed sofa, two bed chairs, table, TV with 60 channels, DVD player, radio with CD.

Bedrooms

The large bedroom has two beds, two night tables, one chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The smaller bedroom has two beds, a night table and storage facilities.

Bathroom

The spacious bathroom has a shower, bide, WC (toilet), sink and a ventilation window.

All floors have a heating system and are tiled with beautiful Italian terra cotta.

Golf

In the 1930’s some Englishmen build Italy’s oldest golf course in Sanremo. It is a 15-20 minutes’ ride by car from Coldirodi.

Tennis

There are several nice tennis courts in Sanremo and surroundings

Alfred Nobel who established the Nobel Prize, had a home in Sanremo, which is now a museum. It is well worth a visit. Many celebrities have settled in Sanremo, because of its very good climate. It is also one of the reasons why Sanremo have lots of flowers and are called the City dei Fiori.

The rent includes bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, gas and water. 50 euro is added for cleaning at check-out. The apartment can be accessed by car and parking is included, as well as access to the garden.
